Mobile, ubiquitous, unpredictable, industrious and living. This is how Pesaro will present itself when asked! This little town on the central East coast will dedicate its year to the theme ‘The nature of culture’, which will allow visitors to explore the contemporary relationships between nature, art and technology, or the main challenges of current affairs in the world. A year for special events, national and international guests to celebrate beauty!
Culture
As the birthtown of the composer Rossini, Pesaro will celebrate with dedicated festivals and events. It will also work as a metaphor: to bring together all the other towns of the province, for a “city orchestra” where every association, district and citizen will bring their best and enhance their characteristics.
Nature
Art, nature and technology: the perfect mix will take place in a new ecoacustic theatre, to contrast climate change through art. Pesaro will also present a multimedial infrastructure called Biosfera, with the aim to learn more about the upcoming future. Artists from all over the world will borrow their art in the name of nature.
